Refund Policy

Where payment is made in advance, a full refund will be given if the operation is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. If the operation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance but more than 24 hours in advance, a refund of 50% will be given. Where the operation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance no refund will be given but a discount of 50% will be given if the same operation is rebooked and undertaken within one month.
